January Early-Bird Match Photography Offer
I’m offering a limited number of discounted Early-Bird Match Photography slots for teams who book and pay by 31 January. This is open to all grassroots, community and amateur teams of all ages.
Bookings made during the offer period can be scheduled for fixtures taking place any time up to 31 March, allowing teams to secure coverage in advance and choose the most suitable match later.

Please note: image volumes vary naturally by match length and the flow of the game — each gallery is curated to provide a strong set of high-quality photographs from the full fixture.
Early-Bird Pricing (book & pay by 31 January)
Pricing is based on scheduled match duration:
- 40 mins — £68 (normally £85)
- 50 mins — £76 (normally £95)
- 60 mins — £88 (normally £110)
- 70 mins — £100 (normally £125)
- 80 mins — £112 (normally £140)
- 90 mins — £120 (normally £150)
- Fixtures must be played on or before 31 March
- Standard pricing applies within 5 miles of Waltham Abbey
- Travel beyond this distance is available and may include an additional travel fee
- Availability is limited to ensure quality and reliability
Multi-Match Discounts
The early-bird rate applies to individual fixtures — however, teams booking two or more matches during the offer window may be eligible for increased discounts on additional games.

FAQ
How soon will I get my pictures?
Images are normally delivered digitally within 24–48 hours, with 10–15 social-ready selects available same day (on request).
How many pictures will I receive?
Obviously the exact number depends mostly on the length of the match. On average I'd expect to get at least 1.5 shots per minute... So for example a 40 Minute match should end up with a minimum of 60 photos.
What can I use the pictures for?
Images are provided digitally with no watermarks, and use is permitted for club websites, socials, programmes, and digital channels.
What is your safeguarding policy?
Youth galleries are private/passworded. No public publication of identifiable minors without explicit consent.
